Postage & Packaging
Shipping prices include your items specially packaged, shipped & signed for. All items are handmade, therefore shipping items will take slightly longer. Once you have placed your order, please allow between 3 - 7 working days for your order to be handmade. Your order will then be packaged and sent First Class via Royal Mail for UK or UPs for rest of world.

Returns
Every item is delicately handmade to order, carefully packaged and individually checked for quality control purposes before being shipped. ELIETT PARCHMENT does not offer a returns policy and we run an Exchange Only policy. Exchanges are accepted with 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges can be made up to the value of the returning item. If the value of the new order is less than the original, you will be offered a specialised credit note with the remaining value. Alternatively, you will be offered a credit note with the full amount of your returned items. Items MUST be returned in a resell-able condition, non worn, no makeup, no perfume. Your item will be refused and sent back to you if these terms and conditions aren't met. Please note ELIETT PARCHMENT does not cover shipping costs for returns. Items must be returned using a tracked\signed for service. Ensure you maintain proof of postage when returning. ELIETT PARCHMENT is not responsible for any return items in transit. Please be sure before purchasing!
Damaged/Faulty Items
In the event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email at info.eparchment@gmail.com specifying the following: the original email/name you used when purchasing the item, the name of the item (promoted on the website), the size/colour of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item. We will provide you with an address to return you’re item to, providing that you have contacted us within 7 days. Ensure you maintain proof of postage when returning. ELIETT PARCHMENT does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
SAMPLE CORNER Terms & Conditions
"NEW" = Brand new, never worn.
"AS NEW" = Used for product/campaign shoot.
"USED" = Worn & washed/ 2nd hand.

Items sold on a first come, first served basis.

Each item varies between "Brand New", "As New (Shoot sample)" or "Used". Each item will have its own individual description stating the condition.

Final Sales apply meaning NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES. Individual cases will be dealt with via our customer service team within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please contact us with any issues regarding your SAMPLE CORNER purchase.
